Si votre matériel est encore sous garantie, nous prenons en charge sa réparation. Attention : Certaines pièces de votre imprimante 3D, par exemple, sont considérées comme des consommables et ne sont pas comprises dans la garantie. Demandez à nos techniciens celles qui sont comprises ou non dans votre garantie.
Dans le cas où la garantie serait dépassée, nous vous proposons de procéder à la réparation de la même façon que pour votre matériel sous garantie. Vous payez les frais de transport du matériel, les pièces à remplacer et la main-d'œuvre (75€ HT / heure).
Le retour de vos produits devra se faire dans leur carton d'origine pour éviter tout désagrément supplémentaire à cause du transport. Si vous ne disposez plus de l'emballage d'origine, merci de voir directement avec nos techniciens pour trouver une situation adéquate.
Un point important et qui vient de notre expérience. Nombreux sont les cas où les réparations sont nécessaires suite à un manque de connaissance et d'entretien du matériel. Nous pouvons vous former et vous conseiller pour entretenir et prendre soin de votre imprimante. Savoir reconnaître les problèmes et les devancer pour ne pas qu'ils finissent par vous coûter trop cher.
