La maintenance préventive Polyfab3D vous permet d'entretenir votre équipement et de surveiller l'état de ses principaux composants. Grâce à une inspection technique approfondie, un nettoyage complet et des contrôles ciblés, vous réduisez les risques de dysfonctionnement liés à l'entretien et favorisez la régularité de vos impressions.
Cette prestation concerne une seule machine et comprend un ensemble de vérifications techniques, un test d'impression ainsi qu'un rapport d'intervention accompagné de recommandations.
À noter : les potentielles pièces détachées et consommables nécessaires en cas de problème technique ne sont pas inclus dans le tarif de la prestation.
L'utilisation régulière d'une machine de production sollicite ses composants mécaniques et ses éléments d'extrusion. Le contrôle des axes, des courroies, des guidages et du système d'extrusion permet de surveiller leur état et d'identifier d'éventuels signes d'usure ou de dysfonctionnement.
Un entretien régulier aide à détecter certaines anomalies avant qu'elles ne perturbent vos impressions. En anticipant les besoins de maintenance, vous contribuez à réduire les interruptions évitables et à préserver la disponibilité de votre équipement.
Le contrôle du plateau, de sa calibration, du système d'extrusion et des autres composants concernés contribue à maintenir des conditions d'impression adaptées. Un test d'impression permet également de vérifier le fonctionnement de la machine à l'issue de l'intervention.
À la fin de la prestation, vous recevez un rapport d'intervention détaillant les contrôles effectués et les recommandations de notre équipe technique. Vous disposez ainsi d'une meilleure visibilité sur l'état de votre équipement et sur les éventuelles actions à prévoir.
Avec la maintenance préventive Polyfab3D, vous adoptez une démarche d'entretien structurée pour préserver le bon fonctionnement de votre équipement. Vous bénéficiez de contrôles techniques, d'un test d'impression et de recommandations pour mieux anticiper les besoins de votre machine.
