Les PLA standard ont tendance à atteindre leurs limites lors de l’impression à grande vitesse. Le filament PLA PolySonic™ de Polymaker est spécialement conçu pour répondre aux exigences de l'impression à grande vitesse. Ce matériau spécial présente des taux d'extrusion ultra-rapides et une excellente adhérence des couches sans compromettre la qualité ou les performances.
Un matériau est considéré comme "Haute Vitesse" s'il remplit les 3 critères suivants à une température d'impression fixée :
Fluidité : Il peut s'extruder de manière cohérente à 24mm3/s sur un système d'extrusion populaire (équivalent à 300mm/s à une hauteur de couche de 0,2mm avec une buse de 0,4mm).
Formabilité : À 24mm3/s, il maintient une qualité de surface, des surplombs et des ponts similaires à ceux imprimés à une vitesse plus faible.
Fonctionnalité : À 24mm3/s, il conserve au moins 80% de ses propriétés mécaniques globales lors de l'impression à une vitesse plus faible (principalement : adhérence entre les couches, résistance à la traction et résistance aux chocs).
Le PLA Polysonic est un filament compatible avec toutes les imprimantes 3D ouvertes dotées d'une extrusion en 1.75mm.
Nous vous conseillons de paramétrer votre imprimante à une température d'extrusion comprise entre 190 et 230°C afin d'imprimer le PLA Polysonic dans des conditions optimales. Une vitesse d'impression entre 50 et 300mm/s ainsi que l'utilisation d'un plateau avec option de chauffe jusqu'à 60°C sont également recommandés.
